PERIOD: 3 month

PROJECT SCOPE: Creating Project Management Methodology

Phases:

1. Analysis on the current situation 

  •     -Report to the management on the current situation and solutions to improve the activity

2.Developing the PM Methodology

  • developing a methodology to include all the project management processes to be run and define the interface with support processes within the organization.
  • the way the processes are applied for the different types of projects as well as the degree of complexity of the projects
  • draw up models for the documents to be used 
  • reporting and checking system that is going to be used by PM
  • performance indicators to be used as metrics

3. Implementing the methodology

  • define the strategy and steps needed to move from existing processes to the new process model  
  • training sessions with all PM team, in order to get the required level of knowledge to follow the new methodology assist and direct the project managers in implementing the new model

RDA Business Solution have assisted the client to participate in the tender organized by Petrom OMV,
The tender consisted in 2 phases:

  1. qualification phase
  2. technical offer phase

Qualification phase

The RDA Business team prepared and organized the required documents through (legal documents, financial documents, references about experience, list of attested persons, etc.)
Also during the evaluation period our team prepared with the client the answers to the requests
of Petrom OMV.

Technical offer phase

Outcome of the project: AFCON CONTROL & AUTOMATION  was awarded the contract for a period of 4 years, estimated to 30 million euro.
