The RDA Business Solution team has implemented in 3 months a project management methodology integrated with the company’s operational procedures. Through this methodology, a center of excellence in project management has been created within the company, thus creating the possibilities of differentiating the competences of existing resources and bringing new ones. The methodology was provided
